Handbook of Writing and Submission for Novel Hort Research
Professors, researchers and students can prepare their unpublished Scientific-Research manuscripts in various fields of Horticultural science and technology based on the following guidelines and submit them as e-mail in order to review and print to the e-mail address of journal electronically. The journal has no obligation to print or retrieve any submitted manuscripts.
Important points
1. The text of the manuscript should not be published in any journal or at the same time in another journal.
2. The responsibility of the accuracy and completeness of all the materials contained in the manuscript is the responsibility of the authors.
3. The responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the order of the authors' names is the responsibility of the corresponding author.
4. If the manuscript is elicitated from a dissertation, the corresponding author should be the supervisor.
5. Manuscripts are merely the result of author or author's research, and only in the field of Horticultural Crop science and technology.
6. When the manuscript receive and check out by the editor, approve it with the manuscript preparation guide. If it is followed the journal format then will be submitted to reviewers. After the decision of the reviewers and the confirmation of the group of secretaries (editorial board), the manuscript will be published. If the submitted manuscript is not compliant with the manuscript preparation guide, it will be returned to the corresponding author and when it received again, the date of receipt of the manuscript will be considered and submitted for reviewers.
Attention:
After publishing the article, the author assigns all copyright to the journal.
Writing method
1. Type a maximum of 20 pages in A4 with 1.5 cm lines spacing and 3 cm margin on each side and mono-column with the Word 2010 software.
2. Use Farsi and English fonts and their size according to the next table.
3. Before point (.) and comma (,), a space is not required, but after them, a space is required.
4. The principles of Persian language writing are fully respected and, as far as possible, avoid the use of English terms that are equivalent to their Persian in the Persian language academy.
5. Phrases and scientific terms that are not equivalent to Persian, are presented in Persian in the same way as in English in parentheses in the text.
6. All used units in the text should follow the system of international units (SI).
7. The scientific names used in the text and in the list of references should be written in italics.
8. In the case of the use abbreviated word (s), the term shall be used in the first use, the term shall be used and then the abbreviation shall be used in the manuscript.
9. Use of the footnote to provide additional information in the manuscript is admissible.

Arrange different sections of the article
Each article contains article specifications sheet, title, Persian abstract and key words, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion (or results and discussion), Acknowlegement, used references and English abstract and key words, respectively.
Article Specifications Sheet: This part is provided on a separate page and includes the title of the article, full name, scientific degree, place of service, postal address and e-mail of the author (s), and the corresponding author's phone number.
Title: The title of the article should be brief, glaring and expressive of the main content of the article and not exceed 20 words. It is necessary to write the title of the article in the middle of the page and center of the row.
Persian abstract: The abstract should include the importance, objectives, and testing methods, with emphasis on the results of the research and do not exceed 250 words. It is nessecery at the end of the abstract, the most important applied and used research results should be mentioned maximum in the two sentences.
Persian key words: Key words should include the most important used words and terms in the research, and range from 3 to 7 words. It is better not to use the terms in the title of the article as the key words. Meanwhile, it is possible, the Persian abstract is not used. Key words must be sorted in alphabetical order.
Introduction: In this section, while briefly describing the subject of research as well as the precise explanation of research hypotheses, it is sufficiently pointed out to the sources of previous research. At the end of the introduction, the objectives of the research are clearly expressed.
Materials and methods: This section includes a detailed description of the used materials and methods, the type of used project, sampling methods and statistical analysis of the data. Meanwhile, new and innovative materials and methods should be explicitly and repeatable and, if adapted from other methods, only provide guidance and references.
Results: In this section, the results and research findings will be expressed in different ways, such as figure, table, or description, and refrain from providing data in duplicate. Also, to adjust the table, figure or equation, follow the below steps:
Discussion: In this section, the results of the research, scientific analysis and according to the objectives of the research, the response rate of the results to these goals are judged and carefully compared with the results of others. At the end of this section, there are scientific and practical suggestions for the use of others. This section can be combined with results as "Results and Discussion"
Acknowledgments: If necessary, the organizations and individuals who have somehow been successful in conducting the research are appreciated.
Used References
How to cite references in the article's text
It is necessary to cite all the used references in the writing of the article. To quote a reference at the end of a sentence, write the author's or author's surname along with the reference year in brackets, such as: (Olfati et al., 2024). If several references are introduced at the end of the sentence, they are used to separate them from the semicolon (;), such as (Olfati et al., 2012; Olfati et al., 2024). If the number of authors of a reference is more than two persons, first write the surname of the first author and then the term colleagues (et al) as italic and after that to be mentioned the year of publication of the reference, such as (Olfati et al., 2024). If the reference is cited at the beginning of the sentence, first the names of the authors should be written in Persian and then, the Persian names in Latin and the year of publication of the reference mentioned in the parenthesis and Continuing that the desired item to be mentioned.
References Setting
The list of references should include the references mentioned and published in the text and also includes references that are accepted for publication. Personal correspondence or unpublished research is only mentioned in the text of the article. For references that are published online without a volume or page number, a digital identifier is required. All the used references, including Persian and English, will be returned in English at the end of the article and arranged in the alphabetical order of the surname of the first author and, if necessary, arranged by the next writers. In writing references, first surname and then first letter of the name of all authors should be written. References with repeated names, since the old publication, with priority, respectively, a writer, two writers and several writers, and, if necessary, sorted by the surname of the second writer from the old to the new one. References with the same names of the authors and the year of publication are identified with the letters a, b, c and ... after the number of years in parentheses. If single and common articles is presented in one year from a writer, first arrange single articles and then joint common articles in alphabetical order of the names of the next authors. At the end of the Persian references, the phrase (In Persian) should be in parentheses. The mention of unnamed and inaccessible resources is not allowed. The day and month of retrieving a document in electronic references that are available only on the Web site should be specified in the document, such as Retrieved June 10. The name of the scientific journals should be mentioned in full.

English Abstract
English abstract should be the exact translation of the abstract in Persian. English key words should be the exact translation of Persian key words. Key words arranged in English alphabet and the first letter of words is write as capital letter.
